90-day guarantee on subscriptions

On the 3 months + 1 free plan, if smööts is not for you within 90 days, email hello@smoots.co and we refund your first order. No need to return opened bottles.

30-day guarantee

On the 1 month plan and one-time purchases you have 30 days. One-time purchases are refunded for unopened products returned within 30 days.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, opened food supplements can only be returned under the guarantees above.

How to return

Email hello@smoots.co with your order number. We reply within one working day with the return address. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
